Virginia Munden – Social Media Success Strategies for Real Estate Agents

Shawn Mahdavi July 12, 2012

This interview is really cool because I have the privilege of interviewing Virginia Munden with the Wayne Munden Team in Oakville/ Greater Toronto Area. Virginia and her husband Wayne are doing ridiculous numbers in their market and surprisingly, they have little to no marketing budget. As as matter of fact, 200K in GCI can be directly attributed to social media marketing.

In this interview Virginia talks about the 3 steps to branding yourself as a celebrity agent AND how to take a relationship from online to offline. Enjoy!

Virginia Munden and her husband Wayne have achieved massive success selling real estate for over sixteen years in the Oakville and greater Toronto are. Virginia’s unique brand has positioned her as a leading real estate agnet in the industry. Virginia believes that the power of a unique brand is the key tarting point. You must live, breathe it, and deliver it.

Virginia focuses on building relationships from the online space, then taking them offline in order to create awareness and opportunities for the brand.

The Wayne Munden Team has generated over $200,000.00 in gross commissions (from social media alone) since hooking up on the online world over 2 years ago and she gives credit to her connections on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and her blog.

Her and Wayne’s key core value is Passion for their clients and that’s why they are so successful.
