More about Frank Patrick:

Frank Patrick began his real estate career in 2000 after a successful 12 year stint in corporate America as a sales manager. Frank sought out a distinctive niche for himself, and found it after months of research, when he decided to specialize in REO (Real Estate Owned) listings, the industry term for bank-owned foreclosed homes.

Frank quickly became one of the top REO agents in the nation, averaging over 100 transactions per year for the last 1 years, and growing to over 214 sales in 2007.

Today Frank manages his REO Brokerage office, REO Renegades (an REO agent training business), his trade association The American Society of REO Specialists and provides coaching and consulting to a small group of independent REO broker/agents..

  1. great stuff i will be attending the webinar i am very much interested in getting some reo business i have done a ton of bpo but have never gotten any reo i think my time has come.
