Dane Maxwell started out at the age of 22 by building an intranet website for real estate companies and today, his company builds web apps for the real estate industry.

He works with hundreds of real estate companies, helping them with recruiting websites, intranet websites, and transaction management systems. His software helps with things like lead follow up, agent recruitment, and going paperless.

Dane has said that most entrepreneurs are focused on the wrong things, such as the number of Twitter followers they have or website hits they receive. He instead believes there are two metrics that are key to having a successful business. Leads and profits.
